  • AquaDealer is an annual subscription service. Your price is based on the number of users and any other add-on features or custom work requested.

  • To get you started, the system comes with two (2) user subscriptions. As your company grows, you can add users at any time. That is the advantage of being on a platform that we can scale as you grow.

  • In addition to your annual subscription, there is a one-time setup and implementation fee. This involves setting up users, uploading your data, launch training, and any other customizations or add-on features you request. Implementation/Setup cost can range from as little as $2,500 and up, depending on what you need.

  • Many factors go into answering this question. The number of users, the data uploads needed, and additional app integrations, such as marketing or document generation. It could be as short as 30 days or as long as several months, depending on what you purchase.

  • We have made support really easy. AquaDealer includes support via our Customer Support Portal. Support covers anything that our certified team of support agents can do in 30 minutes or less. If what you are requesting is more involved, we will provide you with a professional services quote.
